HOW LONG IS DELIVERY: LAINEY K carefully prepares and packs each order from the studio in Ireland. Orders ship Monday through to Friday. LAINEY K aims to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days from when placed to get them to your doorstep as quick as possible!
LAINEY K would like to ask that you allow extra time for your order to be received due to the current circumstances and the pressure that global postal services, and other couriers are under. Unfortunately, LAINEY K is unable to offer a refund on postage if orders arrive outside the estimated time frame, as this is out of our control.
FREE SHIPPING: If you spend €50.00 or over and are ordering to Ireland, free shipping is all yours!
Shipping rates for the rest of the world are calculated at checkout. Depending on your location and the items you order, there may be duties and taxes to pay. The receiver is responsible for these and LAINEY K does not cover these costs.
Returns
We really hope you love your LAINEY K purchase. However, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to contact LAINEY K via email at hello@laineyk.com regarding this within 14 days of receipt.
HOW TO RETURN: To return something, please email hello@laineyk.com. All returns must be returned and require authorisation by LAINEY K within 30 days of the delivery date.
SOME NOTES:
- All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition/packaging. Please make sure to handle your LAINEY K product with care. Damages caused by improper handling aren’t our responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
- Any order discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days.
- LAINEY K is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender – so please check that info twice and provide a post code / Eircode where you can.
